Claim against builder

We were instructed to pursue a claim against the client’s builder for the construction of an extension which was literally coming away from the client’s property.

This was extremely dangerous and also had a significant effect on the value of the property when the client attempted to sell it. 

We were successful in our claim obtaining £70,000.00 on behalf of the client.
