Contested Will
The firm was instructed in a claim against the Will of a gentleman who died. He had left a Will leaving all his assets to the lady who had been his co-habitee for over 10 years.
However, he and his wife had never separated their assets or got divorced and as a result after his death she made a claim for some of the assets.
The claim was settled quickly despite there being a number of difficulties in valuing the assets due to the length of time which had passed.
