We acted for a small business which paid a chartered accountant to spend half a day per week in its accounts office to produce cash flow forecasts and budgets.

That accountant produced wildly inaccurate financial projections which almost caused our client’s business to become insolvent. We were able to recover significant damages from the accountant’s insurer on behalf of our client.
