Sole traders/individuals protocol compliant letter of demand	£100 plus VAT
Additional letter/call	£10 plus VAT each
Preparation and service of Statutory Demand	£100 plus VAT
Preparation and service of small claims proceedings on an undisputed debt or debts, including applying for Judgment in Default if a claim is not defended	£250 plus VAT plus disbursement of Court fee dependant upon value of the claim
Preparation and service of a claim on an undisputed debt of more than £10,000	£350 plus VAT plus disbursement of Court fee. Where claim is more than £10,000 the Court fee payable is equivalent to 5% of the sum claimed.
Preparation and service of a claim on an undisputed debt between £10,000 and £25,000	£350 plus VAT plus disbursement of Court fee. Where claim is more than £10,000 the Court fee payable is equivalent to 5% of the sum claimed.
Preparation and service of a claim on an undisputed debt in excess of £25,000	£500 plus VAT plus disbursement of Court fee. Where claim is more than £10,000 the Court fee payable is equivalent to 5% of the sum claimed.
