Chloe Smith

Profile

Chloe works in the Commercial Property department covering both residential and commercial property transactions including sales/purchases, lending and security, landlord and tenant matters.

Chloe joined Bridge McFarland in 2017 as a secretary in the Commercial Property Department. She then went on to begin her training contract in March 2020 undertaking seats in Residential Conveyancing, Commercial Property, Clinical Negligence and Family Law.

Chloe then successfully qualified as a solicitor in March 2022.

Graduated from the University of Lincoln with an Upper Second Class honours (LLB). Following this Chloe completed her LLM at the University of Sheffield.

Away from the office Chloe enjoys spending time with friends and family along with hiking in the Peak District.
