Profile

Claire is a Senior Solicitor within the Risk and Compliance Department of the firm. She is based in our Lincoln office.

Claire obtained her degree in Law and Criminology from the University of Lincoln before completing the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in York. She qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and first joined the firm in 2006.

Previously specialising in non-contentious property work, Claire represented clients in a broad range of both commercial and residential property transactions including sale and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, landlord and tenant matters, property development, property security and financing before joining the Risk and Compliance Department.

Claire’s vast knowledge and experience as a property lawyer is invaluable to her position in the Risk and Compliance team.  Our Risk and Compliance Department are responsible for ensuring that this firm complies with our Regulatory duties and maintains the high standard of service which we provide to our clients. The team also work closely with all of our staff, across all of our departments.

In her spare time Claire enjoys spending time with her young family, walking her dog and looking after her now retired horse, or expensive lawnmower as he is affectionately known!
