Claire is a Legal Assistant in the Medical Negligence Department supporting Ian Sprakes (Partner), Danielle Barney (Partner) and Stephanie Capindale (Senior Solicitor).
She started at Bridge McFarland LLP in 2009, moving to the Medical Negligence Department in 2012. In 2015 Claire took time away to have children and returned to the Medical Negligence Department in 2019.
Claire has day to day contact with Clients to ensure they are kept up to date with all matters and progression of their cases. She is friendly yet professional and approachable to all and understands Client’s objectives.
The main roles Claire undertakes are meeting with Clients and assisting Solicitors with the drafting of documentation, including statements, instructions, correspondence, and Court documents.
