Jacqueline Pennock is a Solicitor and Partner in the Family Department. Her areas of expertise include:-

assisting with complex financial disputes following the breakdown of separating parties or a marriage, particularly those involving pensions; advising and assisting with regards to divorce proceedings, cohabitation and separation agreements, and pre-marital and post-marital agreements; Private Law Children Act proceedings, including live with Orders, Orders to spend time with a child / children, Prohibitive Orders and Specific Orders, for example, prevention of a child being removed from the jurisdiction or an Order for a child to attend a specific school, such Orders having to be endorsed by a Judge at Court. Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders.

Jacqueline has been qualified since 1994 and has worked at Bridge McFarland LLP since 1992. She has been a Family Solicitor for the duration of this time working at the Grimsby, Louth, Market Rasen and Lincoln offices. Her main offices are currently Lincoln and Louth.

In her spare time, Jacqueline enjoy foreign travel, visiting the cinema and going out for meals locally. She is also a regular visitor to the Lake District.
