Jonathan is an experienced commercial property lawyer advising, drafting and negotiating on all types of commercial property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, Landlord and Tenant law, secured lending, refinancing and property development work, acting for landowners and developers. His client portfolio ranges from national companies to individuals. He also specialises on property elements in the education sector including acting for Multi Academy Trusts, Academies and nurseries.
Jonathan is also an experienced licensing lawyer.  Specialising in both alcohol and gambling law throughout England, Scotland & Wales he has excellent advocacy skills representing clients before Committees, Licensing Boards, Magistrates and Crown Courts. He has also advised the Home Office, a number of police forces and various Local Authorities on licensing matters.
He further represents and advises clients in both health & safety and food safety prosecutions and elements of planning law in relation to licensed premises.
