Kate Seward heads the commercial property team and deals with all aspects of commercial property work. Kate has worked at Bridge McFarland LLP since 2016 having qualified as a solicitor in 2003.

With substantial experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial property, Kate has a client base ranging from individuals to SMEs and some national companies as well as major banks. Kate’s workload has included advising on sales and purchases of both leasehold and freehold properties, corporate support, business sales, landlord and tenant work, leasehold management and advising banks and property developers.

Kate also specialises in acting for a hospital developer on its site purchases and development and landowners who have been approached by prospective tenants that wish to enter into options to take leases for energy projects.
