Medical Negligence Solicitors
Luke joined the Medical Negligence team at Bridge McFarland LLP in 2019 at the firm’s Grimsby office, supporting Partner Chris Gresswell-Green as a legal assistant before securing a training contact in 2022, being one of the first trainees at the firm to study for the new Solicitors Qualifying Exam route.
Luke achieved a first class honours law degree from Oxford Brookes University and has carried his interest for civil and medical law into his work and development as a trainee solicitor. On qualification as a solicitor, he hopes to manage his own case load and build on his experience working on complex medical negligence matters.
Luke is a keen cyclist and takes part in Lincolnshire’s annual Castle to Coast to Castle (C2C2C) charity century bike ride.
How can we help?
“Both solicitors I dealt without through my 5-year legal process, Chris Green & Luke Simpson, were compassionate, approachable and clearly very knowledgeable about the topic throughout the entire process.
They both took time to explain situations, handled sensitive topics with a friendly but professional approach and always had time for me when needed and ultimately surpassed expectations with the end-result due to their proactivity and the care that they took with the case.
Overall, I would highly recommend appointing Bridge McFarland, Chris Green & Luke Simpson to anyone.”
“Luke is a great solicitor. What stood out for me , was his compassion, that’s rare in people these days.”
