Profile
Mark heads our Corporate & Commercial team. He has been advising businesses and their owners on a range of issues since 2004, joining Bridge McFarland in 2019.
His expertise includes buying and selling businesses; corporate/commercial matters; advising on company structures; employment law; drafting commercial agreements; IT and intellectual property; and insolvency.
Recent projects include acting on the sale of a £10m+ group of companies to a US buyer; negotiating and drafting of a multi-million pound framework agreement for a software developer; and advising on succession plan for a family owned business, including a £4m purchase of own shares and setting up a family investment company.
He has advised clients in industries including ports & logistics, waste management, market gardening, IT and e-commerce, professional services, leisure clubs, care homes and home builders.
Mark has extensive contacts across the East Riding, Hull & Humber region; large parts of Europe; and extending as far as China, the Middle East and North & Central America.
