Damages secured for witness of hit and run involving life changing injuries
Bridge McFarland LLP has secured damages for a Claimant who witnessed the aftermath of a hit and run involving his Wife who suffered life changing injuries.
The Claimant was waiting in a local takeaway after a night out in July 2022 when he heard a loud bang. He went outside to discover his partner lying at the side of the road after being struck by a vehicle travelling at speed. The driver of the vehicle proceeded to flee the scene of the incident leaving the Claimant’s wife with devastating injuries.
Bridge McFarland were successful in securing funding for treatment to help the Claimant through a very difficult time.
