Solicitor Apprenticeships at Bridge McFarland
We offer two apprenticeship routes into a career as a solicitor, available to applicants aged 21 and under.
Graduate Entry Solicitor Apprenticeship
This is a 30‑month programme designed for graduates with a 2:1 honours degree in law.
Successful completion leads to:
- SQE1 and SQE2 completion
- A Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice
- Two years of Qualifying Work Experience (QWE) gained during the programme
Solicitor Apprenticeship
A six-year programme aimed at students with strong A‑Level results who wish to qualify as a solicitor without going to university. Apprentices will:
- Earn a competitive salary
- Study towards an LLB degree
- Complete the SQE1 and SQE2 exams
- Qualify as a solicitor on completion
Government funding is currently available for both apprenticeship routes, and apprentices receive one day per week for study.
