June 2023 was a hot month. Great for fun activities but additional pressure for those of the 7 team members who took part in the campaign #MilesThatMatter for the Miscarriage Association.
Baking 40 cakes, running 40 miles, walking 40 miles, cycling 40 miles and swimming 4 miles were amongst the personal challenges our team members faced.
The team, lead by Nicola Evans, Partner in our Medical Negligence department, managed to raise a fantastic £942 for the Charity.
Nicola says “I am very proud of each member of the team pushing their boundaries and achieving such great results for this wonderful charity. Getting back into fitness was a struggle for me but I hope to keep it up!”

Over the last few weeks over 140 individual fundraisers have joined our Miles That Matter team, signposting people to our services, increasing awareness about the issues surrounding pregnancy loss, and raising funds to help support our charity into the future.
With your help, we have raised an amazing £51,500 which will go a long way in helping us to carry on making a difference to others in need of our services.
